Allow random rainbow Roles

So actually its said that rainbow roles bot is banned by discord cuz it spams api,

so how about if Its allowed to be modified on Time interval of 10minutes

so this way only one request will be parsed in a long time and it wont even spam the api and this way the purpose will be solved ofc and if someone asks that whats the need , but still some servers still prefer having these types of bots right?
