[Suggestion] Being able to add other languages to announcements

Hey there.

I own a server, and despite it being small it has people from various countries. Sometimes, it'd be nice to be able to announce anything important in a good amount of languages. I suggest it to be possible to open some sort of sub message inside of a message that then people could pick. Something like this :

If clicked on any of the other flags, it would switch the language to those flags (of course they'd be added by the person who originally wrote the message)

It'd be way better than now, that i have to write in each language and it will show up as multiple posts, when its just the same thing in other language
