we need animated Text Animations

 as in congrats and other  so we can  say things and mini  things or  emojis come across the screen ...  to show off your   funny die or weather its to   say thanks or other,,, we need some  kinda cool thing to help others make there server cool.. and moving free things will be cool..

others  could be   like  animated  falling  things and so on.. its be cool like snow or other liek petals.. or stars..

i think  moving parts for  free via  / commands would be cool..
