Implement one-click option to disable all notification sounds

I use Discord through the browser, and often times I have to log back in.

Every time I log in again Discord resets the notification options. I never want to hear notifications for anything. 

For one it makes no sense these settings reset, other settings don't. But if they must reset, at least implement a button that disables all notifications at once, rather than having to go through the options and click 20 times every time I log in. It's fine to have the individual settings, but please have one "master option" too.
