Options for desktop notification

Would be very much appreciated it we could get the option to move where desktop notifications pop up
Bottom right is real intrusive to the UI of a lot of websites, especially ones like twitch where the text box in in the lower right, makes it a real pain to chat when notifications keep blocking your view
