Add the recent mentions tab back

People have definitely mentioned this, but it's very frustrating that it was removed. I'm not against stages, even if I've never used one, but @ mentions tab was genuinely useful+functional.

Please just re-add some way to check recent mentions? Discord devs are usually good but this was a bad decision.

    just click the search icon on the navigation bar to access the recent mentions
