I would be happy if you could add man pregnant and person pregnant emoji since it's currently only female pregnant emoji. I want Trans and non binary people to be represented too

  I'm pretty sure the people who decide what gets added unicode are going to vote on adding those emojis, that or they've already been voted on. If they pass, then yeah, they'll be added to Discord
