Changing User List Layout

Hey Discord!

I've noticed something while using discord a lot on my second monitor. It is on the left side of my screen and for everytime people on the server(s)  go online / offline the user list of that server shifts which can distract me from my game. Is it possible to make it so, one can just MOVE the user list instead of toggle it because it is pretty handy to see who is online though!
