Discord Work Environment

Hello,

I'm hard of hearing and just joined since I'm taking an animation class and my teacher recommended discord. While viewing your photos, I was amazed at how your work environment was so poorly set up for noise issues. The open environment makes it difficult even for people with no hearing loss to hear when they are so close together. I recommend that you consider redesigning your work environment to make it more conducive for people to work when they are back in the office.
