Orange Install banner not going away

I use discord on my laptop (the browser version) and i cannot install the app on this device, but I am stuck using this device for a long while due to my other laptop having issues currently. I have attempted to log out and back in, click the x multiple times, and even restart my entire laptop. Nothing works. This banner won't go away and I'm not the only one suffering from it. This has been going on for 3 hours minimum from what I understand (nearly 4 now).

  I would suggest clearing your cache and search history (This may sign you out of some websites). Also, try on a different browser.
