Small stream window - Let us change the size/put it anywhere on screen/just disable it

Currently, when we want to keep our friends stream/camera open while reading messages this little box automatically appears with no way to disable it without popping it into a new window and minimizing it and then opening that back up and closing it whenever you want to watch again. Not only does it constantly get it in the way (because instead of being able to put it wherever you want, you can only put it in 4 different corners of the screen, which are either blocking channels or your friends online, probably the worst places for it) It's not really big enough to know whats happening in the corner of your eye, if you were able to make it as big as you wanted you'd be able to still watch it normally-ish while typing.
