"Are you sure/hold up" message for links as an option under privacy and safety

As a moderator I have seen countless people who clicked and fell for dm links and scam links. Having an "are you sure/hold up" message pop up after clicking a link as an available privacy and safety option, that works similar to images/gifs which have links, would immensely improve the safety of discord. This would also help with accidental clicks, while embeded videos/gifs will still work fine, just when any link is clicked and the feature enabled.
