Allow us to change TTS voice in app or restore using windows setting preference

Your most recent update seems to have disabled basic windows functionality of using a selected text to speech voice. Instead we are forced to use Microsoft David with no options in app and now ignoring previous preferences in windows setting. I will be disabling TTS until this issue is resolved.
