Xbox Series X|S vocal chat integration.

Good morning, linking the Discord account and Xbox did not allow me to take part in a voice chat. I had to install a third party program called QUARREL which however has several shortcomings such as lag and slowdowns. Is it possible to develop your own official application or integrate it into the XBOX ecosystem? There is a lot of pressure for "cross play" but without voice communication between the systems it is difficult to play. Thank you
