Emoji List Became low res in past coupple of days.

My Emoji List seems to be acting up across all servers im in.
All emojis (except discords default ones are somehow in a very low not very sharp resolution)

i cleared my Discord Cache and re installed Discord, and yet this problem still persists.

ps its a little hard to see the low res emojis in the forum image. (you might have to open the image in a new tab) :D

The Resolution they used to have until this happend.

The Low Res Emoji list as of a few days ago for me now.
and this happends by resizing the window, only on lowest size it retains the normal resolution any other size it gets distorted and poor res like the second image.

(i used to run the window on largest size up until 2 days ago) and its forcing me to use lowest size due to this.
