Local timestamp next to the normal timestamp if enabled by the user

A feature which would be probably really handy if you are on international servers with people around the world would be to have an option to also display your local time stamp when you message next to the normal time stamp

like: Today at 11:21 AM (Today at 06:21 PM) or something like that. 

would make communication way more easy as Timezones are confusing
