Feature Request: Moderation option to 'include messages after this one' when creating a thread by clicking a msg

When you hover over a text message in a channel and click on create thread, as a moderator it would be nice to have an option to move messages posted after it into the thread being created, pinging participants so that they are directed to the thread.

The reasoning for this is that it's sometimes hard to realize a message in a channel is going to result in a tangent that would turn out to be a perfect case for threads.

Obvious drawback is the possibility of moving messages to the thread that are not part of the conversation.

A more detailed system could show the list of messages when this option is enabled so the user creating the thread can select which specific messages should be moved.

I'd like to be able to move messages in this way but I don't think the 'include messages after this one' bit is all that viable. Means you need someone to stick around to tell it to stop.
