Track the most commonly used GIFs in a server?

Hi,

 

I was wondering if there is a way to track the top ten most used GIFs on a particular server.

  This would be something to do with bot development.  First, you would want to gather a database containing a hash for every single gif ever used in the server. Then secondly, you want to compare all of the hashes to find the most used one.

  I simplified that a lot, but that's the basics.
