Show YouTube TIMESTAMP markers

Find some way to mark to the users that a YouTube link is a timestamped one, and not starting from time=0

In this culture of people skimming everything, often times people will miss see a link like "funny vids I found on reddit" [45 minutes], or a soundtrack, and not realize you're linking to a timestamp.

It's not critical, but it's certainly a QoL upgrade.
