[Feature Request] Merge Global Search with top-right search & only accept dm from verified accounts

Greetings, 

Background: I'm currently joined in more than 50+ servers, so I keep using the Global Search feature more often to navigate between servers, direct messages, and users a lot. It could sometimes be really frustrating to access the Global Search by clicking (CTRL + K), so I came up with the suggestion #1. 

Also, since I have many public servers, I also get annoyed by scammers who target public servers users, And I thought of a way to aid in preventing random, mostly scammers, from send you DMs, which is why I thought of suggestion #2.

My suggestions: 

1. Merge Global Search with top right search bar.
   - With this, users are able to open Global Search  Feature without pressing keyboard keys, simply by navigating to the top right search which is always visible. Or simply, add button to open it (See below screenshot).
   
   
2. A second option for Privacy Settings to only allow private DMs from users who verified their Phone Numbers.
   - Firstly, this will encourage users to verify their phone numbers, secondly, it prevents self-bots, scammers, and random users from sending you DMs. (See below image for explanation)
   
   

Regarding people who might think Phone numbers doesn't help fight bots, I think it does, because people are going to verify their account, and if one gets banned, their phone number is still in Discord databases, which they can't use for future accounts.

And yeah, I hope you take my suggestions into consideration.
