Feature suggestion for bot api

So I don't know if this would improve bots THAT much but I'd love to see it, basically a popup that shows up like the welcome screen or the popup that shows up when you try to click on a link, that a bot can send a user for example when they get a reward or verify themselves using a command and I think there should be a cooldown/ratelimit on this feature too. Personally I'd love to see this.
