Fix alignment of search icon on support requests page

Currently, the search icon on the support requests page is misaligned in the vertical direction. The search icon is to the left within the search bar and should also be centered vertically. This also applies to the tab for requests I'm CC'd on.

I am using Firefox 93.0 (64-bit). Please see the photo below for reference.

  Hello, claywahlstrom,

  I can confirm this is currently an issue on Discord Support. Steps to reproduce for anybody whose wondering will be below:

  1. Log into Discord

  2. Click on your profile (top right corner)

  3. Click on My Activities

  4. The search bar search icon is placed incorrectly.
