I can't access NSFW channels and I meet all the requirements

  Discord doesnt just assume your age and lock access to NSFW channels. Its either based on your settings (iOS users only) or the age info you provided when you discord. However if you want to verify your age, if you're 18+ so you get access to NSFW channels then refer this article
