Emoji Picker Skipping Bug

I'm not sure if this is 100% a Discord bug, as this has only happened twice and has not been reproducible for me since.

Whenever I'd scroll through the Discord emoji picker, it would sometimes suddenly skip and jump between emoji batches (like from the default smilies, skipping to the people emojis). 

Has anyone else experienced this or something similar? 

I'm running the latest stable Discord client.
