[Suggestion] Un-Mute Channel for X amount of time

In essence, a reverse 'mute channel' I think would be really useful.

Here is the scenario: 
You want to have a server/channel mute forever ('Until I turn it back on'), but you sent a message in a chat, and want to get a notification if they reply (@mentioning is not allowed).
Now, you could unmute the channel, for as long as you want, but would have to remember//go back to mute it again.

 WHAT would be a good alternative, would be able, to have the option to have it (channel or server) mute forever by default, as normal. But be able to, have the option to 'un-mute' for X amount of time. (example: Unmute channel for 15 minutes)

Now, I did see 1 post state this idea, but it was a few years back, and fell into the abyss. So I'm trying to bring this idea back to the forefront.
