Could we Look into the linux build a bit
I don't know if other people had this problem, but discord has had some visual issues recently on my linux machine. I don't see any of the server pfp's, profile pictures, or emotes. I also can't play any embedded videos without copying the link and posting it in another server. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling discord numerous times, but it doesn't seem to work. I've tried downloading both the deb and tar version, deleting every file and folder labeled discord, uninstalling then rebooting the system, and reinstalling linux. I've even had the issue within the browser version. But nothing seems to work. Worst case scenario, it does nothing. Best case scenario, it loads some but not all of the images. I don't think it was an installation issue, because it was fine the day before and I woke up to what I have currently. And it's not like I'm working with a technical distribution like arch. I just don't know what to do about it.

and just as suddenly the issue arise it seemed to have gone away over night. Wish I understood what is going on

Open the Linux terminal application,Type uname -a to print system information,Run getconf LONG_BIT to see if Linux kernel is 32 or 64 bit,Execute grep -o -w 'lm' /proc/cpuinfo command to determine if you are using 32 or 64 bit CPU.
