New attachments feature kind of blows for people with bad eyesight.
Pretty much the title. There's a better thread on this already, so I won't dwell too much - but just to hopefully bring some more attention by making another thread about this - the new image posting method on desktop sucks for people with bad eyesight
At least with the old popup, if I didn't have my glasses on (say, posting something right before bed or just after waking up, or just after a shower or something), I could read the filename to tell what I was sending since it was big and it was right there - this new way of sending, where it's just attached to the message body, it just shows the image, and especially if I'm sending screenshots from elsewhere (like some funny Twitter posts or something), I can't tell what it all is at a glance anymore if I don't already have my glasses on.
I'd like a toggle for the old popup, for eyesight-related purposes.
Oh yeah, and I liked how easy it was to spoiler images on the popup, having to select a checkbox rather than go select some edit button that may or may not do what I want (especially with the current pencil icon, it looks more like a button to edit the image itself; i.e cropping, drawing, rather than spoiler options and such) but that's a minor nitpick compared to the main issue here, which is the old popup v the new attached to message body.

Actually, any time ANYTHING is written or drawn with a pastel color, or with gray, on a white background, it is hard to read. That includes not only text but also the outline of text boxes.
This is actually probably a violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act, and if somebody wanted to make a stink of it, they could go to the United States Department of Labor who would probably send you a serious letter that says, "fix this".
