Accessibility: Role Icons not being read on messages

Whenever my screen reader reads a text, role icons on messages are not being read. They read "username, date and time, message", but won't read any of the role icons this user might have.

    It works on my end, windows btw. Tested with nvda and narrator. I don't have jaws so not sure if that works too. Can I ask on which system do you experience this behaviour?
