Debit Card for nitro purchase

The other day I was on my birthday, what I asked as a gift was to have 1 month of discord nitro, apparently there was a failure that did not allow me to pay with a debit card, I do not know if it has to do with my country (Chile) or for the type of card, I just want to know if in the future it can be paid with other payment methods

El otro día estuve de cumpleaños, lo que yo pedí como obsequio fue tener 1 mes de discord nitro, al parecer hubo una falla que no me permitio pagar con una tarjeta de debito, no se si tenga que ver con mi país (chile) o por el tipo de tarjeta, solo quiero saber si en algún futuro se pueda pagar con otros metodos de pago
