Segmented voice channels

Wondering if it is possible to create seperated voice channels within a channel so only certain groups can hear.

For example if me and 2 buds are playing some League of Legends we could join the Voice Channel under group A. Group A is only set up to heard talk from people in Group A.

Some friends want to watch the stream and chill they would join Group B. Group B is set up to heard people from both A and B.

IT would also be good if there was a flag for people in group A to toggle so they could hear the other group as well, such as when we are in que and waiting we can talk to everyone without having to jump groups back and forth.

Hopefully this can spark some ideas and make for a more customized experience for everyone.
