Hacked Account

My account got hacked and It sent Scammer Discord Nitro scam links and I got kicked and muted in servers, even getting banned. My account is Disabling Account since hacked#1374 (Yes I changed my username when I figured this out.). It was pretty noticeable because my pc said that something tried changing my memory and I changed my discord passwords and Microsoft and Google passwords. Anyone got anyone advice on how I can appeal on servers and my friends so they believe me?
