Odd message when I try to move channels on pc

So, I've been trying to move my channels in one of my servers and I get this very odd message stating "Upload to {channel}, you can add comments before uploading. Hold shift to upload directly" I've tried multiples ways to move my channels but nothing is working. If you have any Idea how to fix this, I'd appreciate the help. Tysm!
