I cant move channels in web or app in pc or laptop

I cannot arrange my discord server anymore, Because whenever I move a channel a message pops up saying "Upload to #channel. You can add comments-" Every time! Ngl its an annoying feature.

Correct if im wrong! maybe im missing a feature or a new setting...
