Server ownership transfer requirements for private servers

As a requirement to request a server transfer you must be a public server. The requirements to become a public server are stiff and not in the support of NSFW servers. I do not want my NSFW server to become public to access a feature that everyone should have. Why is server transfer requests gated so hard. It should be a feature available to all servers. Our server has been without a true owner for around 6 months, his account is deleted. I am the acting new owner but have 2 admins who are above me due to not being able to raise my role above theirs. I have personally reached out to discord to try and gain ownership but was declined due to this requirement. Mind you we can't simply start all over. This server has 10,000 members Could we fix this requirement so that private servers can also access this feature? If not at least an explanation on why the support doesn't exist for them
