Can't hear others speaking

Recently, I've been having an issue where I can't hear anyone else speak in voice calls when using the Discord app (I'm on windows). They can hear me perfectly fine, and I can see their green circle lighting up when they speak, but I hear nothing. It's not a headphone issue, because I've unplugged my headphones and still had the same issue. Switching to legacy mode or reinstalling Discord does nothing either. The thing is, if I call using the browser version of Discord, the issue is fixed. I'd still like to figure out how to fix the problem on the app though, because I'd much rather use the app than the browser version. Thanks!
