Ability to write/draw on Share Screens

Would help a lot during discussions, meetings or guiding teammate to a location when they have their map open. Lots of times my friends don't know where a specific quest area so being able to draw while they have their map open will help a lot.

Another use case is for my work. We use Discord a lot for meetings and share our screen a lot. Being able to draw on the screen will help giving feedback.

Maybe limiting it to specific roles would prevent abuse?
