So instead of directly buying nitro for someone and having it in your gift inventory to give the link to someone, you should be able to buy a nitro CODE, and when someone redeems it in their gift inventory, they'll have it in their inventory and can use it for someone else or redeem it themselves. This way, you can gift someone nitro who doesn't want to use it within 48 hours, but then can have it to themselves in their gift inventory.
