Banned request

Hey, I very useful thing to add, is the "ban request". Imagen you got banned on a server like 1 year ago, and want to rejoin the server, but you cant because you banned... With this function you can send a request to the server and the mod/admins can accept order reject the request and with luck you can rejoin the server. The same as by Twitch...

    As a sever owner I would find something built in superior to the planning currently required.
    If a user is not on the server at the time of the ban they are out of luck as the bot can't send an appeal link. If they lose the link to the appeal server or it becomes invalid (due to malicious user and/or staff mistake) they are out of luck.
