Não consigo ser aceita com convite

Tenho tentado entrar em alguns grupos e mesmo com o convite, não estou sendo aceita.

    What is the error you are getting when you click accept?

    If someone in your household has accessed the server on your IP and later getting banned, your IP would then be banned. In which case it would be worth appealing the ban with the server staff!

    The invitations don't want to open it's always "processing invitation" but the invitation doesn't load
