hey dicord yiur server settings don't work

The maon settigs underneath 'send a random message when a user joins the server' don't work, they keep ttning themselves back on after i flip them off. I want to turn off the last three in that cluster of four amd keep them off. They stay on. 'Save settungs' doesn't work/is broken. Also why donpt yiu have a 'server diffivukties' tpic??
