Allow red icon dots for activity on specific channels

I'm boggled this has never been a thing. A lot of servers will have announcements, etc that don't trigger the red dot notification, and is the main reason to even be on the server. Being on tons on servers makes it impossible to always keep up, and having specific channels stand out would facilitate this a lot.
