unfriendly rare problems with some headphones

I had this problem for a while and here is what I found:

my device is a G935 with wireless after I turn my mic off for about 5 seconds while playing any game with a game-in voice chart ( with game-in voice off or on), my voice will not back up when I turn my mic on again, I can hear but can not talk anymore, the setting shows that mic is receiving correct sound but in dc setting when I try to hear my own voice I only got noises.

And the voice also disappears in the game.
