How long does it take for Discord support to respond to a ticket?

So, almost 2 months ago now my old account got hacked, i submitted a request to Discord about it on the same day, i responded to the automatic response thing as it said i needed for it to be forwarded to the team, but its been 56 days now and i have gotten no response, how much longer am i expected to wait?

    Discord has an email you can try, support@discordapp.com

    Not sure why they haven't responded to you on the previous ticket.
