A suggestion for notification.

Hey there,

I want to receive notifications from the person I want, even when my discord on Do Not Disturb mode.

There's mute feature;

But it's too hard to mute everyone.

And if you are in too many server, it will be more hard.

Maybe not many people don't want to do that but I'm sure there are people who want to do it.

That's my suggestion I hope you will support it.
