Downloading an image doesn't detect it's extension

Whenever I download an image, I have to guess in what extension it was saved. 
It will default to save as "all files" and the extension is cut off from the file name. 
This makes working in teams extremely annyoing. 
I have seen people report this 8 months ago on reddit too. 

Just did a fresh install, didnt help.
