Hacker hacked my old email and use it to recover after i had changed it to my new email. Customer support just allowed them to recover with the hacked email bruh. Still waiting for help.
The hacker hacked my old email to access my discord but i have changed it to new email for discord. But now the hacker used the previous hacked email to recover it. I have actually setup the 2fa immediately after i changed the email. Will they able to access it with old email without 2fa? I guess the dumb customer support just allow them to recover it with my previously hacked email bacause i can't login or reset my password(it shown as email does not exist when i try to reset it).
For this situation, am i able to get back my account? Since i have 2fa code with me but the hacker only have the previous email.
I'm so helpless now as the customer support didn't even reply to my help request.

You also can't access the account with your new email right? Do they able to access it without 2fa code?

consider your account stolen then. try logging into the discord account using the old email. if that fails, try to do an account recovery of the old email. Since you logged in to that site before using your pc, it should recognise you.

No i can't, the old email is totally out of my control...
It can be said that it's done... That's why i changed to new email to prevent they access it but support team trusted them with the access of my old email...

without access to the old email, you are stuck unfortunately. only option is to try and appeal to discord. but lately they refuse to render any help whatsoever. so unfortunately your account is stolen.

For anyone reading this thread, know that the "crypto recovery" is impossible.
this is because Crypto was created as a bank transaction alternative, once it is in a wallet out of your control, there is no way to 'roll back' or 'recover' funds. the core reason is because the whole system is decentralized.No-one has power to pull funds back or to give refunds, as that is the purpose of Crypto.
Forget Crypto password? its gone forever without your secret pass phrase words.This is why criminals and scammers love Crypto and other Bitcoins.
All the messages posting bitcoin/crypto advice for whatsApp, rootkits, telegram, wizardjames8, etc - are just fake scams using buzz words. I work with the Crypto space because its gotten popular, what they say is impossible.
