Discord support is not good

So many people have complained about discord support. If you just look at twitter you'll see so many people trying to get their accounts back. Discord is just not helping them at all. So many confused and frustrated people not getting any help at all. It's very disappointing to see these people losing years and years of memories over discord not having a decent support system.

-Bot automated replies
-Taking too long to address issues
-Not addressing issues
Don't use discord seriously you'll never know when you lose your account. Make sure you have other ways to contact your close friends.
