Voice Chat / Video stream suggestion

Hello, My ffriends and I are in a discord gaming group and we are often streaming in the server in a voice chat channel for others to come watch and hang out but there are a few stream snipers (basicly those that watch to get the advantage info to get a head start / advantage to beat the streamer on purpose and it can be frustrating sometimes)

If possible I would like to suggest Discord to add either of these functions if possible to improve the gaming community stream against stream snipers

- add a stream delay function in the stream during setting and let you choose to delay the stream by a certain amount of choice between 5-10 seconds

- add an option to block someone from watching your stream 

It would be great if we can get these function in the feature.
