Ability to talk (whisper) to only one person while in a Discord channel

One of the most frustrating moments while talking in discord is when you are telling a story to a friend while your other friends are playing a competitive game on the same channel. What I am proposing is the possibility to, without moving to another channel or muting anyone, have a kind of whisper possibility. this would make it so that only one, or a select amount of people, can hear you. With this ability, in Discord we could, for example,  have two people playing League and two people talking about something else is the same channel. When the League players want to scream calls to each other, they can do that without interrupting the others and also continue listening to what the two others are saying.
