Always send push-notifications on desktop and mobile (toggle switch)

This was proposed like tons of times but nobody seems to care enough. I don't want a permanent change since lots of people only want a push message on the device they are logged in an this is fine. I changed my idle time and get a notification sound still on desktop but also on my phone so it works somehow but I also don't want to go idle if I am a available. So I just want a setting to get push notifications on all logged in devices. Simple as that. Make it a toggle switch so people can freely activate and deactivate this. Apps like telegram can do this so I see no reason why discord can't.
